I use this & the elixir. I have allergies and asthma, I'm usually feeling sub-par late fall- early winter. I've been using this for a month, I feel great! I can breathe! I'm less snotty, but unlike decongestants, it doesn't dry my mucus membranes out (no nosebleeds! no scratchy throat! no chapped lips!). In fact, it lubricates my mouth and throat, and gives me minty fresh breath.
