Great on Strawberries!

Skin and Hair Softer!

I've been taking this product for about a month now. My hair is shinier and my skin is much softer which I hadn't expected to notice. I just went through my third pregnancy and my moods are much more stable now. I don't know if it's solely from this product but I'm going to buy again! I'm not a fan of the flavor but it's not horrible.
