Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to cancel or skip your order. 
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time with the help of our customer service team or through our online customer portal. You can manage all of your subscriptions from there. 

How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can login to your customer portal and cancel your upcoming orders at any time. To login, click on the person icon in the top right corner of the Barlean's website.

After clicking on this icon, it will bring you to the login screen. Enter your email and password. If you can't remember your password, you can click on "Forgot Password" to reset your password via your email.

Once you login, you can navigate to your Subscriptions tab and easily manage your subscriptions from the 3 dots on each item.
