Confused

The directions say take one pill a day. Do you chew them? Why the orange flavor if you swallow? They are so large... I can't find directions any place.

5 stars if not for huge price jump.

The cost of this is getting out of hand. I purchase it for our entire family. I think it’s a great product, but the price jump has me looking around.
